1. Construction of the expression vector;

2. Transfection and selection, about 2 weeks;

3, (optional) do protein production with bulk pool cells, for research purpose. if for pharmaceutic production, contrinue with cell sorting;

4, Cell imaging and growing, about 2-3 weeks;

5, 96-well plate clone screening and expansion, about 2-3 weeks;

6, Clone fed-batch evaluation about 2 weeks;

7, select top clones with titer and product quality analysis, about 2 weeks;

8, Pre-Clinic Batch ready;

9, Stability study, Master Cell Bank (MCB) ready.
