1. Cell free DNA (cfDNA) from plasma, start with different plasma volumes, 300uL, 600 uL, 2 mL and 4 mL.

2. DNA from varied specimen, including whole blood, plasma, plant tissue, culture cells, saliva, urea, fecal, and parafilm slides.

3. RNA extraction from whole blood, plant tissue, cells, etc.

With the help of DNA automation, we can handle 10-1000 samples can be processed in one day. The purified DNA can be used for downstream qPCR, or library construction.
